Soap Base (Melt & Pour)

It melts easily, holds fragrance well, and gives you full control over personalization.

Solubility: Solid; melts with heat, dispersible in water

Add Phase: Add actives after melting, below 55°C

pH Stability: 8.5 – 10.0

Processing Temperature: 50–60°C

Flash Point: > 100°C

• Usage Rate: Use 100% as base; add 1–5% fragrance/actives
• Additives: Essential oils, clays, scrubs, butters, colors

Add 1% shea butter and 0.5% vitamin E oil for extra nourishment, especially for dry skin soaps.
